Seat pricing tip:
Sales and Service Hubs charge per paid user seat — so only assign paid seats to users who need access to core tools (like deal automation or reporting). Everyone else needs a Core seat (also paid) or a free view only seat.
Don’t rush into a tier just because of the sales pitch.
Each hub tier adds features — but not everyone needs Pro or Enterprise right away.
Start with what you need, and upgrade later. It’s far easier to upgrade than to downgrade.
