## Why Onboarding Matters
A structured HubSpot onboarding ensures:

For businesses in the North East, working with a local HubSpot expert ensures alignment with your business model, industry, and growth goals.

### 3. Import Your Data
- Clean existing CRM/spreadsheet data
- Map to HubSpot objects: contacts, companies, deals, tickets
### 4. Build Core Automation
- Lifecycle stages & lead status definitions
- Lead routing, nurturing workflows
- Automated emails, internal alerts, and task assignments
### 5. Configure Your CRM
- Set up deal pipelines and custom properties
- Create dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Ops
### 6. Website & CMS Setup *(if using HubSpot CMS)*
- Template setup, landing pages, and blog integration
