During this time I've implemented HubSpot for various businesses within Manufacturing, SaaS, Computer Software and Professional Services.
In October 2024 I moved away from Elite partners and decided to set up AutoHero to truly do what I'm passionate about and that's ensuring my clients maximise the value from HubSpot and empower a business to meet it's objectives.
My approach to delivery is methodical and I like to keep the process as simple as possible.

1. Prepare
Depending on the size of your business we may need to spend additional time on project management planning. This typically involves loading your project into our PM system, creating project milestones, itemising delivery tasks and highlighting risk and mitigation to protect the integrity of the timelines.
2. Blueprint
This is where the fun begins! Lets detail, document and highlight the art of the possible through consultative workshops across your sales, marketing and operational process.
3. Configure
The build execution of what is documented and signed off in the blueprint process.
4. Enable
Train and empower your team on the new and improved processes. Additionally, AutoHero also provides super admin training, effectively enabling you to bring the cost of ownership and maintenance in-house for future amendments.
